Now available at our stores is the Sony KDL-52XBR7, which is a 1080p LCD HDTV with 240Hz refresh rate. 240Hz is double that of most other high-end LCD HDTVs. Sony says, “[Its] Motionflow algorithm goes beyond traditional 120Hz technology by quadrupling the frame rate of conventional LCD TVs and interpolating three new frames, producing remarkably crisp and natural motion… Other picture enhancements include Sony’s Advanced Contrast Enhancer (ACE), which helps deliver a dynamic contrast ratio of 80,000:1 and BRAVIA Engine 2, Sony’s digital video processor that enhances all incoming signals to match the TV’s 1080p resolution…” Read more in Sony’s press release

Now for sale is the HP TouchSmart tx2z, which is the first convertible notebook PC with multi-touch technology designed for consumers. HP says, “The enhanced HP MediaSmart digital entertainment software suite on the tx2 allows users to more naturally select, organize and manipulate digital files such as photos, music, video and web content by simply touching the screen…” Read more in HP’s press release.

Now for sale is the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1a, which is a GSM Smartphone powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. Its key features include a 3-inch LCD display, 3.2-Megapixel camera with auto focus, QWERTY thumbboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microSD memory card slot. While this is Sony’s answer to phones like the T-Mobile G1, iPhone and Blackberry Bold, we doubt you’ll have to wait in line long to get your hands on one of these.

Now for sale is the Flip MinoHD, which is the HD version of the highly popular Flip Mino Camcorder (over 1.5 million have been sold in the past year). Now for sale is the TomTom GO 630, which is a slim GPS navigator with a 4.3-inch display. Right now it’s only being offered by Radioshack for about $30 to $50 less than the TomTom GO 730. Why’s it cheaper? It lacks an MP3 player and FM transmitter, which most people don’t need anyways. Highlights of this unit and its high-end siblings include Bluetooth for hands-free calling, IQ Routes Technology for better routing and TomTom MapShare to get map updates from the TomTom community.

Now for sale is the Olympus E30, which is a mid-range advanced digital SLR equipped with a 2.7-inch LCD display and a 12.3MP image sensor.
